How do I hire you?
An attorney from our firm will consult with you about your matter for absolutely no charge. We will answer any and all questions you may have about your pending matter. We will then quote a flat fee for our representation of you from the very beginning of your matter up until the point of trial. Only if a trial is necessary will we require an additional fee to compensate us for our trial preparation and time. Most of our cases resolve well before the point of trial, as we have typically been able to secure favorable plea offers for our clients.
As part of our efforts to satisfy our clients, we do make arrangements for a payment plan, if necessary. Our rates are extremely competitive and we are confident that you will be pleased with our results.
Is it really worth hiring an attorney to handle a traffic matter?
The short answer is ABSOLUTELY! Initially, the attorneys at the Louridas Law Firm are able to handle most traffic tickets on our own, thus allowing our clients to stay home and avoid appearing in court to defend themselves. Next, we are able to save our clients money by zealously representing them and striving to achieve the best possible result. In many cases, we are able to help our clients avoid points on their license. In tougher cases involving clients with poor driving abstracts, we always vigorously negotiate to ensure the greatest point reduction possible. Not only does this benefit your driving record, but this further helps to avoid having your insurance premiums raised and/or additional fines from the DMV’s Driver Responsibility Assessment Program.
Further, with the Louridas Law Firm working for you, you will have 24/7 access to legal professionals with vast experience with vehicle and traffic matters. We pride ourselves in client satisfaction, and we make a commitment to all our clients to promptly return their phone calls and to treat them with respect.
